Your fall skin reminder
If your skin has started feeling tighter, drier, or more sensitive, you’re not imagining it. Cooler weather, lower humidity, and indoor heating can all affect your skin’s moisture barrier.
This is a good time to switch to a gentler cleanser that won’t strip your skin’s natural moisture, add more hydration to your routine, avoid over-exfoliating dry or flaky skin, continue wearing SPF every day, and begin planning treatments for holiday events and photos.
